Korean Food is a healthy diet that combines nutritional balance and aesthetic beauty by utilizing fresh ingredients from all four seasons. It is easily digestible due to the development of fermented foods such as kimchi, sauces, and salted seafood. Based on the philosophy that "food is medicine," it is characterized by a diverse menu imbued with nutrition and sincerity, including kimchi stew, bulgogi, bibimbap, and jeon.
I summarized some of the characteristics of Korean food.

At first, Fermentation and Preservation.

Kimchi and fermented pastes (doenjang, soy sauce, gochujang), which are the core of Korean cuisine, aid digestion and add depth to the flavor.

Second, Signature Dishes.
Kimchi stew, bulgogi, bibimbap, japchae, and various jeon (chili pepper pancakes, pumpkin pancakes, etc.) are representative Korean dishes.

Thrid, Popular Dishes for Foreigners.
Bulgogi, samgyeopsal, and bibimbap are consistently loved by foreigners.

The last, Cuisine Culture.
Seasonal ingredients vary depending on the season, and there is a table setting culture with unique etiquette for special occasions such as first birthday parties and holidays.

Below is introducing video made by Korean Food Promotion Institute. It's simple introduction to understand concept of Korean Food.
